Soft Armour® granulate
Hard, spherical ceramic elements absorb and disperse the energy of projectiles and fragments. The fill stays effective even after repeated hits in the same spot.
Soft Armour® granulate is the basis of all Soft Protect systems. The spherical technical-ceramic elements, 13 mm in diameter, are non-combustible (class A1), do not corrode or absorb water, and are non-toxic and fully recyclable. Supplied in 20 l bags, it can also be topped up in the field – which is why it is used in panels, mobile modules, safe rooms, shutters and counters.

Hybrid system Soft Armour® + MgO WIT
MgO WIT magnesium oxide boards form a non-combustible, water-resistant shell around the granulate fill. The wall protects against gunfire, blast and fire at the same time.
The system combines a 120 mm Soft Armour® fill with two 12 mm MgO WIT magnesium oxide boards, giving a wall approx. 144 mm thick. The boards form a non-combustible, water-resistant shell, and the optional intermediate layer can hold reinforcement or EMP shielding. It suits safe rooms, containers, command posts, server rooms and military sites. Values marked * depend on the configuration.

Ballistic doors
Single and double-leaf doors for safe rooms, buildings and industrial sites. The protection level is chosen to suit the requirement.
Ballistic doors come as single- or double-leaf units in widths of 90, 100 or 120 cm. Interior versions reach class FB4, exterior versions up to FB6; overpressure-resistant doors and bunker and special doors (FL7 / FB6+ on request) are also available. Locking is by multi-point bolts with an electronic or mechanical lock, and fire-rated versions reach REI 120.

| Fire resistance | REI 120 (fire-rated versions) |
Ballistic shutters
Vertical slats into which the granulate flows freely protect windows, doors and gates. Invisible when open, fully effective when closed.
The shutters consist of vertical slats 150–250 mm wide and approx. 120 mm thick, into which the granulate settles freely. They can be up to 6000 mm high, with electric or manual drive and control by remote, key switch, wall panel or via the BMS and intrusion alarm. Available colours: khaki, RAL 7016 and RAL 7035.

Ballistic gates
Industrial doors and entrance gates with granulate-filled panels.
Ballistic gates are available as roller, sliding or swing types with electric or manual drive. They feature emergency opening and can be integrated with access control; REI 120 fire resistance is optional. They are used in halls, loading bays and at site entrances.
